The workout features 9 tracks, each focusing on a different muscle group.Expect a good dose of squats, deadlifts, clean and presses, lunges, bicep curls,push-ups, chest presses, overhead presses as part of the mix.It will shape and tone all major muscle groups, increase core strength, improve bone health and leave you feeling strong and fit.
