Each machine has QR codes that, when scanned with a camera (Apple) or a QR code scanner (Android), link you to a video. Our trainers demonstrate and explain the basic techniques for each machine, including targeted muscles.
The Cross Workout cage includes a system of bars and ropes, gymnastic rings, kettlebells, heavy balls, Olympic barbells, wall bars, etc. The cardio zone consists of 30 exclusive Nautilus and Panatta machines – treadmills, ellipticals (crosstrainers), steppers, stationary bikes, stair climbers, Skierg (ski ergometer), Concept2 (rowing machine), and AirBike.
