Measurements are available at both BIG ONE FITNESS locations.

• Basic Measurement: 200 CZK
• Extended Measurement: 250 CZK (includes internal fat, metabolic age of your body, body circumference in cm, etc.)

No prior reservation for measurements is necessary.

The InBody device is a reliable tool for diagnosing and analyzing body composition. Measurement results are ideal for establishing an individualized training and nutrition plan (which we will gladly assist you with). Regular measurements allow you to monitor changes in your body composition. Your training will finally be perfectly tailored, helping you achieve your goals quickly. The professional medical device InBody operates based on bio-electrical impedance. Using eight touch electrodes, it gathers results from different parts of the body, providing information on total muscle, fat, and water content, as well as distribution. You will also learn your metabolic rate, recommended daily caloric intake, and how much you burn during various activities. Finally, you will see what’s beneath your skin.

Please note: You should not undergo InBody analysis if:

• You have a pacemaker.
• You are pregnant.
