The class takes place in the gym under the guidance of a professional American football player. It focuses on the fundamentals of training, proper technique on machines and with free weights, and understanding how to effectively structure a functional workout.
During the session, you’ll receive feedback and have space to ask any questions, so you’ll clearly understand what you’re doing and why.
The class is suitable for beginners as well as slightly advanced individuals who want to train correctly and keep progressing.
